[ ASManager ] v4.3 It is unable to add a controller to ASManager because the device option is grayed out

Issue:
It is unable to add a controller to ASManager v4.3 because the device option is grayed out.
Root cause of the issue:
ASManager Services not working properly.
Patch / Procedure:
1. Turn off ASManager
2. Unzip the patch file
3. Copy and paste the unzipped files into the location below C:\ASManager
- ASManagerService.exe
- GvServer.ocx
- GvServerDll.dll
- GvServerDll_ASManager.dll
- GVSTable.dll
4. Turn on ASManager
Notice: The patch is only applicable to ASManager v4.3, and the issue will be officially fixed in v4.35.
