[ DVR/NVR ] Multicam v8.62 crashes itself when right-clicking on a EFDin live view window - 20151103

Issue:
Multicam v8.62 crashes itself when right-clicking on a camera (EFD1100 v1.03) in live view.
Steps: Live View -> Camera Name -> Digital PTZ/PAP/PIP View

Root cause:
If the resolution of camera is higher than GV-NVR:
The issue will happen when you switch the camera to 1ch View (PIP/PAP).

Patch / Procedure:
1. Turn off Multicam
2. Unzip the patch files
3. Copy and paste the unzipped files into the location below C:\GV-XXX
- GeoDDrawV2.dll

Notice:
The patch is only applicable to GV-NVR v8.62
