[ ASManager ] Forgot password in AS-Manager V3 & V4

For user who lost the operator password to access AS-manager:

For AS-Manager 3.0, user can use AccessPassUnInStall.exe under AS-Manager installation folder.

For AS-Manager 4.2 fresh installation, user can use ASProfileRestore.exe under AS-Manager installation folder.

Both options can only be applied if the Allow password removal using ASProfileRestore option was enabled.

Note.1 If user upgrades from As-Manager 3.0 to 4.x, then AccessPassUnInStall.exe should be used instead of ASProfileRestore.exe because the password system was still kept in old format. ASProfileRestore.exe is only used for AS-Manager new installation.

Note.2 If Allow password removal was not enabled, then user will need to re-install windows OS to remove the password system from windows.

Please forbid from mentioning password system is stored within windows registry to customer.
