[DVR/NVR] What is geomobile log file and how to disable logging

geomobile log file format geomobile_2014-11-11_log is a log file generated under C:\
when mobile device access the DVR/NVR system.

logging can be disable by applying the patch attached.
Note1: This patch is only to stop generating mobile log and not been under tested fully.
It might affect other features.

Note2: This patch is only to stop generating mobile log but not remove log which already generated.
Customer have to manually remove old mobile log

SOP to apply the patch
Step1. exit all GV-Application
Step2. Unzip GeoMobile.zip
Step3. Copy/over write GeoMobile.dll to default path C:\GV-NVR
Step4. run multicam
