[ IP Camera ] GV-VD & FD series with motorized lens, it is always out of focus in live view - 20150910

Issue:
Cameras live view always out of focus
Solution:
It appears that it is caused by a hardware problem.
The issue can be solved if upgrading the firmware version to v3.03.
