If you select hardware acceleration from the GV-FE dewarp option, system will use VGA card for FE dewarping, which is so-called GPU decoding.
On the other hand, if you turn this option off, system will use CPU for FE dewarping, which is so-called CPU decoding.
When client chose hardware acceleration and get black live image, it might be something to do with system's VGA card, such as driver not updated.
