[ Remote ] Can I move remote viewlog v8590 UI to another monitor using dmpos

Dmpos.exe can support moving the viewlog on the DVR/NVR PC, but
the function is not supported on remote viewlog.
This is currently being planned for release with version 8.6.0.0
