Issue:
Key Lock Utility prevents DVD-R drive from working, drive works fine when used in normal Windows mode

Root of cause:
Bug with key lock utility that prevents DVD-R driver from working properly

Procedure:
Patch Procedure:
1. Exit GV-NVR
2. Right click on patch zip file and choose "Extract All"
3. Select GV-NVR installation folder and extract the files to the folder. (Default path is C:\GV-NVR)
4. Select "Copy and Replace" and patch will be completed
