[DVR/NVR]Why user can only see cam 1 in remote viewlog connection after disable audio option for some channel - 20150812

If you uncheck audio privilege in user/power user account setting, this user can only see cam1 in remote viewlog connection in Multicam v8.59, VMS 14.1, Control Center v3.2 , and remote viewlog v8.59, we've patch to fix the issue.

* This patch file is ONLY for GV-DVR/NVR V8590, VMS V14.10, Control Center V3.2 and Remote Viewlog V8590*

Patch Upgrade procedures:
1. Exit GV program
2. Unzip “GvDBMan.zip” to C:\remote viewlog or c:\control center
3. Copy and Replace GvDBMan.dll to C:\GV-XXX folder
4. Restart GV program
