[ DVR/NVR ] v8.62 Viewlog Crash with Windows resolution less than IP Camera's record resolution width - 20150812

For Multicam v8.62 and remote viewlog v8.62.
The following sample is the combination list for the crash issue:
a. Win 1440*900 + DVR/NVR(recording resolution) 1280*1024
b. Win 1600*900 + DVR/NVR(recording resolution) 1280*1024
c. Win 1600*900 + DVR/NVR(recording resolution) 1440*1376
d. Win 1680*1050 + DVR/NVR(recording resolution) 1440*1376
e. Win 1920*1080 + DVR/NVR(recording resolution) 1440*1376
f. Win 1600*900 + DVR/NVR(recording resolution) 1920*1080
Patch:

Procedure:
1. Closed Multicam v8.62 or Remote Viewlog v8.62
2. Unzip the file from email attachment
3. Copy and paste the file to C:\GV-XXX folder or C:\Remote viewlog folder
4. Restart Multicam v8.62 or Remote Viewlog v8.62 to see how everything goes.
These resolution are supported in v8.62+patch. Reference:
