Root Cause:
It might not be appropriate to install GV-Eye on a mobile device with "Intel Atom chipset" due to compatibility issues.
The following are the steps about how to apply the patch to fix the issue.
Procedure:
Directory for the patch: http://ftp.geovision.tw/FTP/DerekHo/GV-Eye.zip
1. Uninstall GV-Eye
2. Unzip the file
3. Put the unzipped file on the Android device
4. Install GV-Eye_v2_1_1_20150617.apk
5. Reinstall GV-Eye
