[DVR/NVR] Axis cameras cannot be connected through ONVIF - 20150604

Issue:
Axis cameras cannot cannot be connected through ONVIF.
Cause:
Axis camera hardware issue.
Work Around:
1. Connect to Axis camera through its web management.
2. Under "WebService", deactivate the "Enable replay attack protection" option by unticking the checkbox, then SAVE.
3. Try connecting through MultiCam/VMS.
