Answer:
GV-Hybrid LPR Camera 10R have to use POE GV PA481 as POE power supply for 10M distance with Cat 5 cable, the connection signal is not stable. Please make sure your Cat 5 connection from GV LPR cam to GV PA481 within 10 meters.
