Issue:
Control Center v3.2/ Multicam v8.59 - Control Center Matrix displaying low quality image when in full screen

Root of Cause:
It is bug that Multicam v8.59 does not display 1st streaming after switch between 1st and 2nd stream multiple times

Procedure:
1. Download this patch
2. Close all GV-Application
3. Copy and pasted all files to c:\Multicam folder
