[ Mobile ] GV-iView "Connection Failed" but Android and PC are ok in v8590

Our engineering encountered an issue in version 8590 where the length of the username and password may
cause the connection issue.
A testing patch is available:
Reminder to client on applying the testing patch, it has not been verified for long term testing
and is produce to correct this issue
