Issue:
Content of notification email for video lost showing in HTML code.

Cause:
因RD 在修正SSL 發送 HTML 信件問題修改的程式碼有問題所導致的bug.

Fix:
1. Close MultiCam software.
2. Replace "DvrMail.dll" with file in the attachment DvrMail.zip. Default file location is "C:\GV-NVR\".
3. Start up MultiCam and verify it runs.
