Summary
This document explains how to regularly back up and restore GV-ASManager server data to support disaster recovery and system migration. To safeguard your surveillance environment, it is strongly recommended to back up your configuration and databases (Microsoft MDB Databases) on a routine schedule.
Regularly backed-up data can be used in the following three scenarios:

| Scenario 2 | Reinstall or format the operating system on the current server |
