Issue:
Skype newest version not working with NVR v8.59/VMS v14.1

Root of cause:
This is a known issue as Skype version v7.0 or later is currently not supported.

Procedure:
The latest version currently supported is Skype v6.21. There will be a new update for Skype v7.0 soon but for now customer can only use Skype v6.21 with NVR v8.59 and VMS v14.1.
