[Technical Notice] NVIDIA Driver Compatibility Issue with GV-VMS Live View

Symptom
Live view errors, such as green images, may occur when the installed NVIDIA graphics card is using the latest drivers.
Solution
The compatibility issue with NVIDIA’s latest drivers has been resolved in GV-VMS V20. It is highly recommended to upgrade your GV-VMS V17 or GV-VMS V18 to GV-VMS V20.
To work around this issue in GV-VMS V17 and V18 with NVIDIA’s latest drivers, install the following patch files:
