[DVR/NVR] NVR v8.59 Crashing and Cameras Disconnecting Patch and GeoDataFIFO Bug - 20150130

Issue:
IP camera randomly disconnects and NVR v8.59 crash Patch. DataFIFO bug which causes Control Center Service to be unable to send Stream 1
Root of cause:
Issue #1 IP camera disconnects randomly causes NVR v8.59 to crash
Issue #2 DataFIFO buffer is full after running Control Center Service for a long period of time, which causes Control Center Service to be unable to send Stream 1.
Procedure:
1. Exit NVR
2. Unzip and copy all the files in Camera Disconnect NVR Crash.zip into C:\NVR. Overwrite all existing files
3. Unzip and copy DataFIFO.dll from “DataFIFO_NVR8590.zip\For NVR” into C:\NVR. Overwrite the existing file
4. Unzip and copy GeoDataFIFO.ini from “DataFIFO_NVR8590.zip\For Windows” into C:\Windows. Overwrite the existing file
5. Restart NVR
