Q. My GV-VMS is not able to enable the Control Center server service?
A. GeoVision Engineering has confirmed from a case that if the default Control Center command port is in use by another software, then the Control Center server service will not be able to launch due to a network port conflict.
In this case, the user should attempt to change the default command port (3388) in the Control Center server service setting to another port number and then retry launching the server.
