Symptom
After installing and launching the Lockdown App, a blank interface is displayed with no menu or options.
Solution
This issue occurs when the computer is missing required Visual C++ components. To resolve the problem, download and install the Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 (vcredist_x86.exe) from the official Microsoft website:
