[ Control Center ] Control Center remote viewlog not able to open - 20150130

When the software was upgraded or with old fbr applied, this might create an error in software configuration file and the software is not able to launch at all.
Please locate and remove the following file and see if it is able to correct the problem.
Control Center :
C:\Windows\GeoImageProcess_8200.ini
