Question:
Why GV-LPR2812-DL is device date is showing 2020/1/1?
Answer:
If user finds the web shows that the device system date is displaying 2020/1/1, after power off and on, this is due to built-in battery of the device is no longer working. Since it is not possible for user to replace the battery, therefore an RMA is recommended.
*.Note: The alterntaive to RMA is to simply connect the GV-LPR2812-DL with ASManager at all time where the date and time data is automatically synced to the device.
