Question:
Windows has performed Windows update, while not able to log in Windows, VMS was not running with service mode enabled?
Answer:
In a recent case, Engineering observed a scenario where the Service Mode option appeared enabled, but the configuration may not have been saved due to specific operational conditions.
For a customer who encounters said issue, we would recommend checking the option again in the configuration and clicking on OK to save the setting. The result has been verified to be working after saving the option again.
