Posted: January 29th, 2015, 10:04 pm
Issue:
MultiLang Tool can not upload the translation which is changed
Root of Cause:
It is bug that MultiLang Tool does not include VMS location when upload translation
Procedure:
If your clients would like to use GV-MultiLang Tool in VMS v14.1, there are extra steps Step 5 ~ Step 7 needs to be performed. Otherwise, the export file from GV-MulriLang Tool will be failed to process.
On the other hand, if your clients like to use GV-MultiLang Tool in Multicam v8.59, only steps Step 1 ~ Step 4 needs to be performed. See the completely steps of setting up GV-MultiLang Tool from Derek C's email ( 2015-1-27 ) below.
1. To make sure the wording you would like to replace 2. Launch MultiLang Tool and search the keyword
3. Change the wording
4. Execute Update and then it will update to NVR (NOT VMS14.10)
5. Then, you can see the pop-up message. Choose “Yes” 6. Choose GV-VMS folder location. Execute “Update” to update GV-VMS
7. User can see the wording is been changed
