[ CenterV2 ] CenterV2 v20, CB Pro, AIS, VMS Connection Configuration, Setup Procedure - 20250423

CB Pro + CV2 AI + Dispatch AI
Dispatch Server v20:
1. In Dispatch Server's Disptach Server Setting, you need to make sure you have setup Server port and GV-IP device port.
2. Identification Code
Server Port (21112):
Used for connections from Center V2, NVR, and VMS.
Allow GV IP devices to login as subscriber from port (5551):
Provides connection access for GV IP Devices (e.g., CB, CB Pro, GV IP Camera).
Identification Code:
For authentication when connecting with CenterV2.
3. Create Subscriber for CB Pro
4. Create Clients for CenterV2
5.1 About Dispatch Server license, if you are using CB Pro, right-click on the Host, then select License Setting from the menu to open the License Settings UI for configuration for each channel.
5.2 If you are using VMS, to detect PVD Motion through AIS, right-click on the Host and select PVD Enable Setting from the menu. Then, enable PVD Motion and configure the necessary settings.
6. Once the connection is successful, the Dispatch Server will show CenterV2 as online.

CB Pro + CV2 AI + Dispatch AI
CenterV2 v20:
1. In CenterV2's Preference option >> Network tag >> Check Assign IP option and type in CenterV2's static IP address.
2. Enable " Accept connetcion from GV-Compact DVR, Videoi Server, IP Cam " option. Make sure the port is the same as Dispatch Server' GV-IP device port if CenterV2 and Dispatch Server are installed in the different PCs. However, if CenterV2 and Dispatch Server are installed on the same PC, make sure to configure the "Allow GV IP devices to login as subscriber from port" setting to use different ports.This prevents port conflicts that may cause connection failures.
Assign IP:
In a multi-network card environment, the PC must manually assign a specific IP address for the host to connect.
Allow GV IP devices to login as subscriber from port (5551):
Provides connection access for GV IP Devices (e.g., CB, CB Pro, GV IP Camera).
3. Identification Code under Dispatch Server tag needs to be same as Dispatch Server
4. Once the connection is successful, CenterV2 will display a Login Dispatch Server message.

CB Pro:
In CB Pro web UI >> Service Settings >> GV-CenterV2 >> Enter the Dispatch Server IP, Dispatch's GV-IP device Port, and Subscriber username and password, then enable the service to establish the connection. Once connected successfully, the host status will appear as online on both the Dispatch Server and CenterV2.

VMS v17 + Dispatch AI + CV2 AI + AIS
VMS v17
1. In VMS v17, Toolbar >> Network >> Connect to CenterV2 UI >> enter the Dispatch Server IP, Subscriber ID/Password, and Port.
2. In the Connect to CenterV2 settings page, click Configure to open Advanced Settings.
Here, you can configure whether each channel will send PVD (available only in VMS version V18) and Motion events to CenterV2.

In CenterV2, Go to Preference >> System Configuration >> AIS, and enter the AIS IP, Port, and AIS Username and Password.
