An error may occur when upgrading the firmware directly from V1.00 to V1.11.
Workaround
Before upgrading, check the current firmware version:
1. If the firmware version is V1.10, you can directly upgrade to V1.11 or later.
2. If the firmware version is earlier than V1.10, first upgrade to V1.10 by clicking the link below, then proceed to upgrade to V1.11 or later.
