LED remains RED at all times and doesn't turn green upon a successful scan on the GV-RKV1355 & GV-R1352 readers

Issue:
The LED on GV-RKV1355 & GV-R1352 readers remains RED at all times and does not turn green upon a successful scan while connected via Wiegand to GV-AS4111 and GV-AS8111 controllers.
Solution:
RKV1355 uses Wiegand wiring, and there will be no light change when swiping a card (only the red light will be on, as shown in Figure 1). Customers can use the LED Wire of RKV1355 (Figure 2) to connect to the output of the controller, and let the output of the controller trigger to control the LED status of RKV1355 (as shown in Figure 3).
R1352 is in standby mode with a blue light. When user swipe the card, the green light flashes and then returns to blue (Figure 4). As above, user can also change the LED status through LED Wire.
