[Technical Notice] D3D Device Failure on GV-SNVR Viewer Launch

Symptom
A D3D Device Initialization Failed error message may appear when launching GV-SNVR Viewer.
This issue occurs when GV-SNVR Viewer is used on a PC with Intel Integrated Graphics on Intel® Core™ i7-1255U processors using driver version 32.0.101.6078 or later.
Solution
To resolve the issue, use either of the following methods:
1. Switch to a dedicated graphics card, such as an NVIDIA or AMD GPU.
2. Instead of GV-SNVR Viewer, use alternative software (e.g., GV-Edge Recording Manager) to view live video and back up recordings.
