[Recording Server] GV-Eye V3.3.1 not able to see timeline in playback with Recording Server V2.1.1? - 20241016

Trying to use GV-Eye V3.3.1 but not able to see the timeline in playback when connecting to recording server V2.1.1?
Answer:
Engineering has verified the issue and user could check on the following:
1. Please check and make sure the recording server has V2.1.1.4 patch applied.

2. If the patch is applied, and the issue occurs after running for a while, it has been confirmed there is a problem
with the software service and the temporary solution available is to restart the recording server service.
To restart recording server services, please locate and click on the tray icon, select Stop Service, and then Choose Start Service. The issue is being debugged and engineering is going to release a patch for this issue soon.
