Sympton
GV-Software AI functions fail to operate, such as face recognition, PVD motion, LPR plugin for deep-learning recognition, etc.

Cause
GV-Software AI engine is incompatible with the Intel graphics cards released in 2024.

Solution
Follow the instructions below to install the GeoEnv tool.

1. Close the GV-Software.
2. Download the GeoEnv tool at https://dlcdn.geovision.com.tw/Software ... GeoEnv.zip.
3. Right-click on the GeoEnv.exe file and select Run as administrator.
4. Restart the operating system for the settings to take effect.

Note: The issue is fixed at GV-VMS V18.3.3 / GV-AI Guard to V2.0.
