[Technical Notice] Camera Motion Detection Failure when Connected to UA-SNVR3240-N via LAN Port

Symptom
When an IP camera, except for UA-B580F3, R500F2, R560F2, R580F2, R800F2, is connected to UA-SNVR3240-N via the LAN port, the motion detection function fails.
Workaround
The workaround for this issue is to connect the camera to UA-SNVR3240-N via the WAN port instead. See the figure below for the location of the WAN port on the rear panel of UA-SNVR3240-N.
Note: The issue will be fixed by future UA-SNVR3240-N firmware versions.
