[Patch] DVR/NVR V8.9.1.36 - Schedule modification and e-mail function update

GV-DVR/NVR V 8.9.1.36 Patch information.
Fixed:
1. Scheduling error that sends e-mail notifications and activates the output device even when the settings (Page/E-Mail and Output) are disabled.
2. Chances of Schedule modifications not be saved.
