Question:
Why are cameras from the VMS not showing up in the ERM on a specific day?
Answer:
This problem occurs if the VMS monitoring mode is scheduled but a specific day does not tick in the schedule Edit Weekly option or ERM Connection does not select from the Schedule Plan.
Follow the steps listed below as a guide:
1. Go to >>Home >>Toolbar >>Configure >>Schedule Edit
2. Go to >>Schedule >>Edit Weekly
3. Check that the specific date is ticked. Then OK.
4. Right-click on the Plan and Click Edit
5. On the Camera Tab, the ERM connection needs to be marked. Apply it to all cameras, then click OK.
6. Go to the Central Management System >>setting option from the right bottom side of the taskbar.
7. Check and tick as shown in the below picture. Click OK.
8. Also, check the startup option in the VMS.
9. Ticked as shown in the below picture. Click OK.
