client installed GV video capture card and the message "This software is incompatible with your location" pops up when launching the software.
the message may occur due to :
a - older version of video capture card where the card can only be used in supported languages and not English.
b. SIC IC chip on the card has malfunctioned.
c. PC compatibility issue where the card is not compatible with the motherboard.
Suggestions:
a - Try re-install the card onto another PCI-E or PCI slot
b - Make sure the memory installed is in dual channel with two modules and not single channel
c - Upgrade the BIOS of the motherboard
d - Configure the BIOS of the motherboard to locate PCI Latency Timer can be adjusted to either 32 or 64 or a larger value to improve PCI communication between the video capture card and the motherboard
e - test the same video capture card onto another PC with different PC specification.
