My VMS was disconnected from the GV-Cloud network for 1 hour. Why is there no video file during this time?
Answer:
Our GV-Cloud will only keep 500 entries of data after disconnection (The earliest event will be recycled when more than 500 entries are detected.)
Data will be transmitted to GV-Cloud VMS when the connection to the GV-Cloud network is restored.
