[DVR/NVR] Green video in NVR live view with EBL - 20150106

Client reported problem with NVR live viewing showing green in split view, but works fine in single view.
The problem is 2nd stream could not be decoded but the 1st stream works.
Client uses V8590 NVR with EBL camera but did not apply the EBL release patch for NVR. Therefore, the
cameras were added as MFD instead of EBL using the auto detection function.
The cause being that the stream 2 will be added using Mpeg4 codec, but Mpeg4 was not supported by EBL.
To solve the problem:
- Remove the EBL cameras from ip camera list
- Apply target camera release patch for v8590
- Add the cameras into NVR again as EBL cameras
Make sure EBL is not using mpeg 4 as streaming codec.
