[DVR/NVR] NVR USB dongle limitation?

A client attempts to connect 4 USB dongles and ran into GVUSBKeyUpClient.exe detecting only 2 dongle, the other 2 are showing not functional under device manager.
FAE internal testing shows more than 6 USB dongle can be connected as shown below.
Therefore, client's problem is likely to be hardware based due to either USB's internal hardware being older version or the motherboard's USB port has problem. Suggest client to try reconnecting the USB dongles onto different USB port or connect the problem USB to working USB port.
With multiple dongles connected, the port number will add up and does not exceed 32 ports.
