Connecting controller, door shows a disconnected status and an invalid License message?


Answer:
Confirm whether the controller has set the door license and enable it.

Follow the following three steps:

a. Enter Account Setting.

b. Click the Subscription icon, type your serial number, and click Verify.

c. Confirm whether the License Door has been added.
