Why the door is not opening after swiping the card?
Answer:
Check the following settings:
a. Check "Access Rule" to see if it is correctly configured (ex. The Access Granted log should appear after swiping the card)
b. Check connection status between Controller and reader is normal.
**The figure below shows the connection status between AS Bridge and DFK1355, and the green light is displayed if the connection is normal.**
