[ IP Camera ] Moisture inside the Lens Cover - 20230515

Issue:
Moisture trapped inside the lens cover.
Solution:
The moisture can be removed by keeping the camera running for a period of time. (Usually within 5 hours)
You can manually turn on the IR LED (night mode) to speed up the process.
NOTE: If the ambient temperature is lower than normal temperature, it might take longer to remove the moisture.
Instructions for turning on the IR LED:
A/T/EBD Series and FER5702:
1. Open the cover for the SD card slot.
2. Access the camera's web interface and navigate to Image settings, then expand the Smart Illumination section.
3. Select Custom Level for Control Mode, then enter 1000 for Illumination Level.
4. Close the cover after the moisture is completely removed
QFER12700:
1. Access the camera’s web interface, navigate to the Image section, then expand IR Function.
2. Choose Light On for Day/Night Function, then choose On for IR light Compensation.
