When playing UA-SNVR/HD DVR recordings exported from the devices locally or remotely from GV-Edge Recording Manager / GV-Control Center on Windows Media Player / Movies & TV, it may fail or the video images may appear distorted.
Cause
The video codec of the exported recordings is not supported by Windows Media Player / Movies & TV.
Solution
To successfully play the recordings, use the following players instead:
