GV-VMS V17.4.6 installed at C:\Program Files (x86) fails to respond and operate.
Cause
The operation fails due to limited authority in the specified path.
Solution
To successfully execute GV-VMS installed at C:\Program Files (x86), change your account authority. The following steps are only required to be taken once.
