[Technical Notice] GV-QSD Series Functions Failure on GV-VMS / GV-IP Device Utility

After GV-QSD Series are upgraded to V1.05 or later, the IP cameras’ default HTTP authentication type is set to digest, which leads to the function failure on GV-VMS / GV-IP Device Utility as follows:
To restore the specidied functions on GV-VMS / GV-IP Device Utility, change the HTTP Authentication type to basic for GV-QSD Series.
On the Web interface of GV-QSD Series, select System > Security > User, and select basic from the dropdown list of HTTP Authentication Setting.

- Auto Pan function on GV-VMS
- Video settings (resolution, FPS, GOP, codec, bitrate) on GV-VMS
- Firmware upgrade and codec settings on GV-IP Device Utility
To restore the specidied functions on GV-VMS / GV-IP Device Utility, change the HTTP Authentication type to basic for GV-QSD Series.
On the Web interface of GV-QSD Series, select System > Security > User, and select basic from the dropdown list of HTTP Authentication Setting.
