Why both remote playback, export h.265 video are not working on GV-Eye?
Answer:
The issue only occurs when VMS is recording videos in standard codec. Please go to Toolbar > Configure >
Camera Install > Settings > General Setting > Recording codec format to modify the format to GeoVision codec.
