When the audio sample rate is set to 16 KHz or above on GV-PBL8800 / PDR8800, its playback recording on GV-VMS loops and the audio is blurred.
Solution
To fix the video and audio issue for the two IP cameras, adjust its sample rate to 8 KHz on the camera’s Web interface.
On the Web interface of GV-PBL8800 / PDR8800, select Settings > Media > Audio, and select 8 KHz from the dropdown list of Sample Rate.
