[Technical Notice] How to log in GV-CloudEye App of V3.3.3 or later

Introduction
The Sign in with Google function has been removed from GV-CloudEye V3.3.3 and later. Users will no longer be able to log in using their Google accounts.

How to Log In
1. Go to the login page of myGVcloud Portal, and click Forgot Password?.

2. Type your Gmail account for User Name, Verification code, and click OK. The Send E-Mail Successfully message appears.

3. Check your Gmail account, and click the Link provided to activate the new password.

4. You are directed to myGVcloud Portal with a message confirming the new password. Click Return.

5. Log in to myGVcloud Portal using your Gmail account and the new password automatically created in Step 3.

6. To change the password to your own, select Setup > Edit in the Change Password field.

7. Log in GV-CloudEye with your Gmail account and the new password.
