[Technical Notice] Unable to Connect to GV/UA-IP Cameras on GV/UA-SNVR

Failure occurs when connecting to the specified IP cameras on GV/UA-SNVR models.
Cause
With no ID and password set for the specified IP cameras, GV/UA-SNVR cannot access the IP cameras.
Solution
Before connecting to the specified IP cameras on GV/UA-SNVR models, finish setting the IP cameras’ ID and password on the Web interface first. Also, make sure the firmware is updated to the latest version. Refer to the following documents for detailed instructions:
