Symptom
A firmware upgrade failure occurs when attempting to upgrade GV-LPR Cameras of V1.00 ~ 1.04 to firmware V1.09 or later.
Upgrading GV-LPR Cam 5R / LPC1100 / LPC2210
To upgrade the above models from V1.00~1.04 to V1.09 or later, the firmware is required to upgrade to V1.06 first.

To upgrade the above models from V1.00~1.04 to V1.09 or later, the firmware is required to upgrade to V1.06 first.
- Contact our Support team for the intermediate firmware V1.06.
- Unzip and install firmware V1.06 into the LPR camera using the Web interface or IP Device Utility.
- Upgrade the LPR camera again with the latest firmware from our website.
